Dear EVOlutionaries,
When surveying our community, do you know what percentage knew the brain type of their partner or a close family member?
80%? 50%?
We wish.
It was less than 10%.
We were shocked to discover how few knew the brain type of the people closest to them.
EVO is great. The award-winning EVO planner and app will improve your focus and flow, but what makes EVO truly magical is when we understand each other’s brain type, work together, and amplify each other’s strengths and weaknesses.

This was a little exercise to show the importance of paying attention to every brain type. It’s about more than just knowing your own routine—it’s about understanding and valuing the routines and needs of those around us.
This experience is a call to action for us all. Let’s use it to grow stronger as a community, ensuring we’re always inclusive and attentive to everyone’s needs. Your awareness and empathy make us all better.

Focus: Logic and Structure
Consistent Wake-Up Time: Wake up at the same time every day. Consistency in your wake-up time helps reinforce a structured routine, which is essential for maintaining productivity and mental clarity.
Structured Workout: Engage in a structured workout, such as weight lifting or a run. This type of exercise helps you build discipline and energizes your body and mind for the day ahead.
Review Your Planner: After planning your day using your EVO AI or EVO Planner, take a few minutes to review your calendar. Ensure you’ve included time for everything that is most important to you, including personal items. This step guarantees that your day is balanced and well-organized.
Clarify Your Day: Write out any major questions or uncertainties about your day. Spend 10 minutes answering or clarifying as many as you can. This practice helps you address potential issues before they arise, keeping your day running smoothly.
Positive Affirmations: Write out three positive affirmations about yourself and say them to yourself in the mirror. This practice boosts your confidence and sets a positive tone for the day, reinforcing your logical and structured mindset.
