In both business and personal life, the principle of "hire slow, fire fast" is not just advice—it's a crucial strategy for safeguarding our most valuable assets: time and emotional energy.

It’s also the next step in creating thriving relationships.

Just as a company must be judicious in team selection to foster growth and minimize losses, we too must apply a discerning approach to the relationships we choose to invest in.

Why is this especially critical for our community of Alchemists, Oracles, Explorers, and Architects?

Each brain type, with its unique strengths and inclinations, faces specific challenges when entangled in unproductive relationships.

Alchemists, brimming with visionary ideas, may find their creativity stifled.

Oracles, our deep thinkers, might lose focus on their insightful analyses.

Explorers, driven by curiosity and adventure, risk dimming their vibrant energy, leaving them feeling trapped.
