New Research Has Uncovered The Perfect Morning Routine for Everyone?

NO.
While many claim to have found the perfect routine…
What works for one person or one brain type could even do more harm than good, by pushing you out of your flow state.
We’re all different. We all work differently.
HOWEVER, understanding your Brain Type can help us suggest morning routines that are tailored to you.
One thing that unites us is our EVO Planner or the EVO AI App. After you’ve planned your day, here’s a morning routine suggestion tailored for your brain type.
Alchemist
Focus: Creativity and Inspiration
Go To Sleep Before Midnight: To set yourself up for success, ensure you go to sleep at a reasonable time. This can be challenging for Alchemists, but it's essential for a productive day.
5-Minute Visualization: Spend 5 minutes visualizing your goals and the key focus for the day. As an Alchemist, it's easy to get distracted, but starting your day with a clear focus will help you stay on track.
Create: Dive straight into a creative task. Whether it's drawing, writing, or brainstorming, engaging in creativity first thing in the morning will fuel your inspiration for the rest of the day.
Go for a Walk: Take a 15-minute walk in the morning. Walking not only energizes your body but also clears your mind, making space for new ideas to flow. The movement and change of scenery can spark creativity and provide fresh perspectives on your projects.
Healthy Breakfast: Ensure you eat a nutritious breakfast rich in proteins and healthy fats to fuel your brain. As an Alchemist, it's easy to get lost in your work and forget to eat, so starting with a healthy meal is crucial for maintaining your energy levels and focus.
Oracle
Focus: Intuition and Empathy
Gentle Wake-Up: Use soft music or natural light to wake up calmly. This gentle approach helps you ease into the day with a sense of peace and tranquility.
Morning Pages Brain Dump: Spend 10-15 minutes writing freely in a journal. This brain dump helps clear your mind, allowing your intuitive thoughts and feelings to surface and guiding you for the day ahead.
Stretching or Yoga: Engage in a gentle stretching or yoga session to awaken your body and mind. This practice not only energizes you but also enhances your mind-body connection, vital for an Oracle's intuitive nature.
Connect with a Loved One: Enjoy a delicious beverage while connecting with a loved one. This could be a conversation over coffee or tea, nurturing your empathetic side and starting your day with warmth and connection.

Explorer

Social Connection: Send a note to a friend or loved one. Connecting with others early in the day fuels your need for social interaction and sets a positive, engaging tone.
Dynamic Physical Activity: Engage in a dynamic physical activity such as running somewhere new, hiking, biking, or trying a class you've been curious about (get the free class, but don't commit to a full membership). This variety keeps your routine exciting and invigorating.
Review Exciting Activities: Take a few minutes to review what you are most excited for today. Identifying the super fun activity you look forward to will boost your enthusiasm and drive.
Set an Intention and Playlist: Set a clear intention for your day and pick a playlist that matches your mood and goals. This helps you stay focused and motivated, infusing your day with energy and purpose.
