The "Ideal" Day (that you would choose every day)

Today, we have an assignment for you; it takes a bit of time (maybe a half hour), although the results will totally transform your life, productivity, and happiness level.
I first learned of this exercise back in 2009. I was learning about online marketing and had a mentor at the time who specialized in connecting with people at an instinctive level in order to get the 'right' people to buy and get results. One of the things that he recommended was doing this exercise to create a more fully manifested life.
So, here goes:
Today's exercise is the "Ideal Day": in intimate detail, write down what your ideal day would look like (meaning a day that you would enjoy having every day, rather than an extravagant vacation day or something like that).
For example, you might consider:
What time you wake up...
Who you wake up next to...
What you think about upon waking, who you see, what you see, and what you hear, taste, smell, touch, and hear...
Think with all five senses as you go through your morning routine... take a glance in the mirror... what do you see and how do you look? How do you feel? Are you healthy or unhealthy? Full of energy or still feeling sleepy?
Then, what happens next? Moment by moment, or hour by hour, choose what you would do during an ideal day... consider your favorite activities, relationships, and lifestyle...
Would you work? How many hours would you work? What would the feeling of work be like for you? (i.e. fulfilling, fast, easy, challenging, lucrative, inspiring, etc.)
Who would you spend the most time with on a regular basis and see each day, if you could?
What would you talk about? What matters most to you?
Who -- or what -- would support you?
What would you find yourself thinking about or daydreaming about?
What new skills or gifts would you be developing?
How would you choose to incorporate your Brain Type into your daily activities?
At what time would you use your planner each day?
What would you eat for lunch? Dinner? How about snacks? And who would join you for these meals, if anyone? Would you cook or eat out?
What time would you go to bed? And what would your nighttime routine look like?
Think through your ideal day with immense detail. Write it down. Then, take your note and store it away... if your results are anything like mine, you might find that when you pull it out 6 months, a year, or 3 years later your ideal day has come true...
I've done this many times, and each and every time my ideal day has come true.
