As promised, here is your strategy for emotional regulation and emotional hygiene based on your unique brain type.
Architect:
Architects thrive on structure and planning. Incorporating emotional regulation into your routine can be incredibly effective.
Exercise:
Morning Mindfulness Check-in: Start your day with a 5-minute mindfulness session. Use this time to set an intention for staying grounded.
Emotional Log: Keep a daily log in your EVO Planner. Note any emotional triggers and your responses. Reflect on patterns and areas for improvement.
Explorer:
Explorers love spontaneity and new experiences. Harnessing emotional regulation can help you navigate your adventurous lifestyle with greater ease.
Exercise:
Pause and Breathe: Before jumping into a new activity or responding to a new situation, take a moment to pause and breathe deeply. This helps in grounding yourself.
Daily Reflection: At the end of each day, spend a few minutes reflecting on situations where you managed your emotions well and areas where you can improve. Use a journal or a voice note for this exercise.
